One of the excellent ways to
prevent hair loss is to pamper them and take good care of them. Clean them
regularly with natural organic products instead of using chemical based
shampoos. Be gentle on your hair, stop yanking it with towel or using blow
dryer. Buy a good quality brush to comb your hair and reduce the use of gels, dyes
and coloring products. Remember to regularly trim of split ends and as much
possible trim down the use of flat irons and curlers.
Consider hair spa or aromatherapy:
If you have ever got aromatherapy
done then you would definitely swear by its benefits. Once in a month get hair
spa done to arouse your scalp and promote hair growth. Massage your scalp with jojoba,
rosemary, lavender and grapefruit essential oils. They not only detain hair
loss but also encourage healthy hair growth. Never wash them off immediately
after massaging, allow your scalp to absorb them at least for an hour.
Make homemade concoctions:
Make juices from coriander leaves
and massage it to your hair. Coriander leaves, also referred as cilantro is beneficial
